Customer Panel allows companies that offer subscription services to collect, track and analyze business metrics.The simplicity and speed of this product let users build useful reports from strategically created and easily editable templates.
As a UX team, we had different challenges, including identifying relevant analytic patterns for building basic reports, building a design library from scratch, and working on data visualization designs.
The result is a solid web app product that meets design conventions for products of this kind and that was tested with different types of potential users.
Currently, the web app is in beta phase, while technical development is being finalized before its official launch.
Webake continues working with this startup and this product, while also designing pieces related to its launching, like landing pages and support documentation.
